The Ordinary Blogmas day 11: ICONIC Christmas Movies

Hello wonderful people of the internet! Today I'm going to be talking about some ICONIC Christmas movies. I'm also going to write this post in paragraphs rather than a list so let me know which format you prefer in the comments.

Firstly, how can I not begin with 'Elf' it is the most ICONIC Christmas movie of all time in my opinion. I mean, is it really even Christmas if you don't tune in to see Buddy the elf at least once?

Next, it has to be 'How the Grinch Stole Christmas'. I'm pretty sure there's a new version being released this year but I think my favourite version has to be the one where Jim Carrey plays the Grinch (also I recently found out that Jenny from 'Gossip Girl' plays Cindy-Lou Who which seems mad to me).

Coming in third is definitely 'Home Alone'. It's a Christmas classic that I can watch every year and still be entertained (and don't lie we all lowkey wanted to be Kevin as kids).

My last one has to be 'The Santa Clause'. I always remember watching this movie when I was little when it was the big big movie on RTE so it will always have a special place in my heart.

Oops, I lied when I said that was the last one because I have to give an honourable mention to the ICONIC 'Mean Girls' scene in the talent show (you all know which one I'm talking about). The only reason this didn't make the main list is because it's not primarily a Christmas movie but I couldn't leave it out.

So there you have my list of ICONIC Christmas movies. Did I leave any out? Let me know below! As always thank you so so so so so so so much for reading!
