Themes, Dreams and Inspirations (Q&A)

Hey guys! It's been a while since I did my last q&a (wow, can't believe I hadn't even done my exams then!) so I decided I'd do another one! Thank you so much if you gave a question for this, you're the best! Anyways, here's my answers, I hope you enjoy.

What inspires you?

Starting off with a deep one folks, here at theordinaryblogger.com we don't mess about! This is actually pretty difficult to answer because I get inspiration from so many things it's hard to narrow it down to a few. Music is something that really inspires me (especially All Time Low they're the best!) and I think that because I grew up reading I draw inspiration from books but a lot of my posts (particularly my opinion posts) tend to be 'lightbulb moments'. You know when you're lying in bed trying to fall asleep or going for a walk and an idea just hits you? Since I'm not exactly the best at sticking to my niche I just tend to write about whatever is prominent in my life at that time.

What do you do in your free time?

Good question! I've had so much free time lately it's been difficult to fill it all but I've been going to the gym a lot (I even tried a yoga/pilates/tai chi class which left me with some very stiff muscles), I've been loving writing blog posts at the moment so I'm trying to pre-write as many posts as possible at the moment because I'm sure I'll be busy once school starts back in September. I've ordered a few books to read and I've been hanging out with my friends a lot just enjoying the summer.

Where is your blog theme from?

I have the phoebe theme from Georgia Lou Studios and honestly if you are looking for a theme for your blogspot blog I would 100% recommend getting your theme here. It was so easy to set up and I found the pricing quite reasonable.

Why did you decide to call your blog The Ordinary Blogger?

I actually wrote a whole post about this back when I was just starting out blogging. It's honestly one of my favourite posts on this blog so if you have a few minutes I'd love if you could check it out, if not it's a pretty long story involving frustration, a sunset and a three-legged dog (but you should probably just read the whole post).

What's your blogging dream?

This is actually such a tough question because to be honest I've really just been going with the flow blogging-wise so far. All the support on this blog has been amazing and I'd be lying if I said I had an end goal for this. As far as short/medium term dreams/goals go I'd love to collaborate with a brand and hopefully at some stage do a giveaway but I have no plans yet!

When is your favourite childhood memory?

Ooh good question! I still remember the first time I learned to ride a bike. I kept falling off but eventually once I got going I was so happy with myself!

So that's it for my second ever q&a, if you want to get a head start leave a question in the comments for when I decide to do my next one! Be sure to follow me on social media (listed below) and you can follow this blog at the top right hand side of this page. As always, thank you so so so so so so so much for reading!
